Locating Assets: Allstates Assets highly trained staff uses AI (artificialIntelligence) software to locate hidden assets and unclaimed funds from a multitude of sources.
Identifying Rightful Owner/s and Locating Clients: Our team reviews numerous private and public documents to determine who the beneficiary to the assets or funds is. This difficult task is handled by our trained team of skip-tracing professionals. We utilize several subscription databases, online public record databases, we try locating relatives and former neighbors to find our beneficiary clients. This is the most time-consuming and costly part of the recovery process and can take from one month to a year.
Contact by account agent: Each potential client is assigned to one of our account managers. The assigned account manager contacts the beneficiary and determines the most effective way of claiming the funds. The account manager then prepares a straight forward contingency agreement outlining the terms of the process. There is NO upfront cost or fees for the client. We pay all the expenses incurred when filing the claim.
Preparing and Submitting Claims:
-Document preparation: Once you agree to become a client of Allstates Assets Corporation, our team of claims processors prepares all documents, evidences, legal pleadings, declarations and affidavits required to document the beneficiary’srights to the assets or funds. Our claims processors then arrange to have the documents delivered to beneficiary to be signed, notarized and returned to Allstates Assets. Once the documents are returned to our claims processing department, the claim package is assembled and filed with the holder of the unclaimed assets or funds.
-Notification to beneficiary: A confirmation letter is sent informing the client when the claim was submitted and approximately when to expect the payment based on State or Federal Laws and regulations.
Communication and Follow Up: the account manager receives and answers all correspondence and questions from the asset holders and ensures that all timelines are met. With claims that might require outside legal assistance to receive payment, Allstates Assets hires and advances all expenses to pay legal fees. It is important to remember: we do all the work with NO upfront cost to you!
Approval and Payment of Claim: We will notify you when your claim is approved. Once the funds are received, we will forward you the check with a final accounting.
